WASHING MACHINE AUTO/SEMI AUTO

The Washing Machine Trainer is designed to teach vocational educational students to fix and maintain Washing Machine circuits and get familiarized with the famous faults. The trainer has an engraved block diagram to allow teachers to explain the different stages for the washing machine circuits. has several test points to allow students to measure and evaluate the signal shapes and values at different stages. Our  has several simulated faults, which can be activated using simple switches. Faults can be detected by measuring the signals at several test points and compare them to the actual ideal signals provided in the manual. Faults are classified to cover all stages of the washing machine circuits like Motor, Pump, Door Safety lock, Heater , Timer control Signals and Water level switch…etc. is built in standalone metal desktop with four wheels for easy moving inside the lab , several cut-away sections has been made into the washing machine body to see the inside components. The washing machine can be pulled outside the desk for safety switch is also installed to prevent running the washing machine if not secured in position
