Product description

1. It uses the automatic transmission as the base and it is an idea training device for the students understanding how the automatic transmission works and its principles. The students can easily understand the structure of the automatic transmission.

Structure and composition

Automatic transmission, three-phase motor, inverter and gearbox control unit, the instrument gearbox oil pressure gauge, fault setting exclusion box, removable bench, manual training guide book, DC12V power.

Features

1. The inverter motor provides the power supply of the trainer. It makes the up-shift and downshift experiments at different gearbox input.

2. The stalls distribution can be observed through the gear position indicator.

3. The oil pressure variation of each stall can be observed by oil pressure gauge.

4. Computer controlled circuit is printed on the bench panel.

5. The output speed under different stalls can be observed by the output speed meter and then the stalls shifting can be observed.

7. The hydraulic mechanical loading is adopted and the hydraulic system generates a braking force by pressing the friction disc connected with the output shaft.

8. Fully demonstrate the structure of the composition of the automatic transmission system

9. Motor-driven power simulate the engine power output, it demonstrates the process of the automatic transmission neutral start, reverse run, each forward gear jump file run.

10. Fault can be set to simulate the failure of the automatic transmission.
