DESCRIPTION

FACTORY AUTOMATION TRAINING KIT is a modular system, built up using different stations, thus enveloping the concept of modularity. Each station is a standalone system, comprising of different functional modules. The functional module makes up the smallest unit in the FACTORY AUTOMATION TRAINING KIT. It emulates various functions like transporting, processing, testing etc. Each module requires electrical / pneumatic / hydraulic elements for which the necessary connections are provided.

 

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

 

A. SORTING STEPPER CONVEYOR (1 UNIT)

 

SYSTEM FLOW

· The system is used to distribute and separate part by its material type.

· Part feeder will dispense part one by one onto conveyor.

· Once photo sensor detects it, the conveyor runs.

· Two sensors, inductive (with permittivity detection) sensor will detect the parts materials type.

· Controller will send signal to actuate pusher by pulse counting from stepper motor.

· Pneumatic pusher will be actuated to push the part to gravity rail according to aluminum, metal and non-metal part.

· Every electrical input is wired with stackable plug to connect to controller.

i.    Base of anodized aluminum extruded profiles.

iii. Plastic handles mounted at both sides of base.

 

     MECHANICAL SYSTEM

i.   Stepper Driven Belt Conveyor.

ii.   Pneumatic feeder with stacking magazine.

iii. 3 sets of pneumatic pusher.

iv.  1 set of inductive (with permittivity detection) proximity sensor

v. 1 set of inductive proximity sensor.

vi.  1 set of diffused type photoelectric sensor.

vii. 4pc 5/2-way solenoid valve, normally closed c/w manifold and socket terminal.
