BRAKE SYSTEM TRAINER

DESCRIPTION

This demonstrator provides the instructor with a fully operational brake rig for group, or whole class, demonstration. The demonstrator shows a cross diagonal hydraulic circuit, based upon a national product (PROTON). The demonstrator in mounted on a steel self-contained frame and base plate, complete with castor.

The accompanying manual includes suggested hand-on practical activities than can be perform using demonstrator, together with basic operating instruction. Maintenance and health and safety issues are also addressed

 

PRODUCT OVERVIEW :

 

· Equipped with universal self-locking truckles, the trainer is moveable and easy for flexible teaching.

· The surface of frame is dealt with plastic spraying to ensure color fastness, corrosion protection and ageing resistance.

· The complete frame is rigid structure welded with shock absorption component; all the materials used for it are stable and reliable.
